Accessibility statement

Our approach to making the Beanstalk & Co website usable and how to ask for help or report a barrier.

Updated 29 October 2026 · Version 1.1

These statements describe the public website and initial enquiries. We review them when the operator, hosting, enquiry service or website features change.

Our aim

Living Beanstalk LLC, trading as Beanstalk & Co, aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target.

This website has not undergone a complete independent accessibility audit. We do not claim full WCAG conformance. We will review the site as its content, hosting and functionality develop.

Features and current limitations

The site includes semantic headings, a skip-to-content link, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, visible keyboard-focus indicators and layouts that adapt to screen size. Interactive controls expose their selected or expanded state, and reduced-motion preferences are considered.

A full assessment across screen readers, browsers, zoom levels and mobile devices is still needed. Linked external services are operated by their own providers and may have different accessibility characteristics.

The enquiry form uses labelled fields, validates required information and reports its submission status. If the service is unavailable, it offers Outlook on the web and a copy option so you can email the enquiry and its reference. You can also contact us directly at hello@beanstalkco.com.

Help and feedback

If you cannot use part of the site or need information in another format, email hello@beanstalkco.com. Tell us the page address, the difficulty, the format or assistance you need and, if you wish, your browser or assistive technology. Share only the information needed to explain the issue.

We will consider your request and discuss a practical way to provide the information or address the barrier. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle correspondence.
