Meet the founder
Don Farineau
Don is a founder and transformation leader who helps organisations turn ambitious ideas into practical results. More than 30 years across global financial services, consulting and the public sector have shaped his approach: connect people, technology and governance to build businesses that are simpler to run, more resilient and ready to grow.
He has held senior leadership roles at KPMG, London Stock Exchange Group, Moody’s Ratings, Deutsche Bank and Fannie Mae. His experience spans operations, technology, cybersecurity, financial crime, risk, resilience and assurance.

Don’s work combines customer-centred operating models with automation and AI to simplify complex processes, strengthen controls and support better business decisions. He has led global teams and worked across the first, second and third lines of risk management and assurance.
His roles have included technology audit and risk advisory leadership as a KPMG partner; second-line technology, security and data risk oversight at Moody’s Ratings; and operational risk and anti-financial crime utility leadership at London Stock Exchange Group.
Alongside his executive career, he has built an advisory business and helped shape growth strategies, partnerships and scalable operations for ventures focused on sustainability and the circular economy.
